Hi,

I don't see how it would be possible for any software to tell how long a
visitor stays at your site. Define what "how long" means. If a visitor is at
your site and decides to go to the mall and take in a movie, does that mean
he's still visiting your site? How would any software know when a visitor
typed in a new URL and left? I'm not being sarcastic here, I'm interested in
knowing. BTW AWStats advertises it can tell how long visitors visit a site.
Maybe Perl can do more than I think it can :^)
