What's really flawed is the IP-to-City logic. The city that the ISP who owns
the IP is really what is returned. The IP for my server in CT is shown to be
in Baltimore, MD, and the IP for my IP here in Gainesville, VA is shown to
be in Washington, DC. THAT'S flawed!
