If you are getting a [root directory] entry along with http://...
entries then one of your LOGFILE commands has a second parameter and
another doesn't. Something like this:

  LOGFILE /path/to/one/access.log
  LOGFILE /path/to/another/access.log http://gul-slp.homelinux.org

You should use one style consistently to ensure that the results make
sense. If all log files are from the same virtual host, then you don't
need the second parameter. Just set HOSTURL to make the links work.

If you have log files from different virtual hosts, then make sure
each LOGFILE command states the virtual host so that the results don't
get mixed up.
