Try

FILEEXCLUDE \stats\*

I want to exclude my stats pages from being included in my results... all my stats pages are in a folder called stats. I tried putting this line in my cfg file but I hasn't made any changes when I run analog.

FILEEXCLUDE D:\websites\live\jobfinder\public_html\stats\*
