I can't help with the first issue. I might be able to help with the second. Is your server or your logfile in a different timezone? If so, TIMEOFFSET would help. See "http://www.analog.cx/docs/output.html#TIMEOFFSET";.

The second problem is time difference
States Program start time is accurate ie: Jul 10, 2003 07:45, but the Time of last request is inaccurate: Jul 10, 2003 11:45.
It looks to be at least 4 hours ahead of the program start time which obviously can't be true. We are Eastern Time Zone, USA.
