All the other commands only affect particular reports and don't match because they are looking for strings that end in "mrtoads.com".
Try this:
REFREPEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com* REFSITEEXCLUDE *mrtoads.com*
I don't think you want to remove those lines from all reports as that would significantly change the data that you are reporting.

I don't want to see my own site all over the reports. What combination
of directives is needed to completely eliminate my site from the report?
