I can go into my logs and see entries with today's date, but Analog hourly
report shows no traffic since 9/3. I download current logs to the same file
name, and move old files to a different name. I've verified that Analog is
pointed at the correct file. Running with SETTINGS ON, I don't see anything
glaringly out of place.

Analog is limited by available memory. But it will give you errors
when it runs out of memory. 1500 requests is not a large enough number
to cause that though.
Most likely you don't have the latest log files or have not pointed
your LOGFILE directive at them. Check that you have downloaded all the
log files from your site and that Analog is reading them.
You can also use the SETTINGS ON command to have Analog give a
"report" of what it thinks it is doing (including the log files it is
reading). See http://analog.cx/docs/debug.html for tips on how to use
this and the DEBUG and WARNING commands.
