Hi,

I have rewritten the german language file to UTF-8. But it does not work.
Here's the header of my report:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<?xml-stylesheet href="#internalStyle" type="text/css"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
 "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd";>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml";>
<head>
<title>Server Statistiken fr bluegras</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
<meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow" />
<meta name="generator" content="analog 5.91beta1/Win32" />

But the special characters are only shown correct, when I switch to ISO in
my IE
Is it a problem in apache???
