The first should work. Analog does not have any way of knowing which
are internal or external referrers so it can't be distinguishing. You
could always use this if you want:

      REFARGSINCLUDE *

I assumed IIS on Windows. Apache can log processing time but does so
in seconds (with no fractional part) which is not very useful.
