For a fixed (known) set of pages, show the number of times those pages were viewed, again total and daily breakdown by day for the past month
(see example below)
I would greatly appreciate anyone who could confirm or deny this as feasible and who could point me in the direction of a model report or the appropriate documentation.
Thanks In Advance ---Raymond

This is not possible in Analog alone. Analog does not do "two dimensional" analysis of hits in this way, because it would require it to keep a two-dimensional array of counters: pages down one axis and the date down the other. The reason for this, as has been explained previously on the list, is to keep Analog's run time and memory usage within reasonable limits.
You may be able to get this effect in the following way:
* Use one run of Analog to generate the list of the N most
popular pages. Use it's "OUTPUT COMPUTER" option to give
you that list in a machine-readable form. * Write a script which takes that list and runs Analog to
generate a report on each page you're interested in. You
can turn off all the other reports except the Daily Report,
and then you'll get a nice small report on each page.Of course this requires Analog to run through the log file multiple times, once for each of the N pages, but that'll be a lot less memory-intensive than having a program do it all in one go.
Hope that helps,
Stil
