Those of you who script your reports to generate at night, how do you handle weekly and/or quarterly reports? Or any report for a period that's not a single day, month, or year actually? I am finding that analog's use of the LOGFORMAT (with wildcards) and TO leaves me having to do a lot of work to determine and specify the proper files. I'd think that also using the FROM parameter would simplify this immensely, at least for myself and anyone else that rotates logs at midnight.
Am I missing something obvious or doing something wrong? How do the rest of you deal with this?
