I'm searching for information about the exact format of the cache files, which analog can produce from normal logfiles. Couldn't find anything in the documentation or elsewhere.... I especially need to know, if it's possible to trace back which IP visited/requested which page/file as it is possible with a regular apache logfile, or if this information gets lost in the cache file format,
Use the source luke :) I think there is a lot of info there ...
ps:
Me Needs to dig the cache file format too , i'm fighting with it on a windows(bleah)+apache system (the cache info is lost after creating incremental stats daily).Blame on me, have used the webalizer a lot in the past so i'm expecting only one history file to be used
not many files for incremental stats .
Analog is really fast with 2-3G of log files (~3 minutes, 4 seconds !) but
after an year or two full processing will take longer (maybe <1Hour)
Still have enough time to learn using incremental processing on analog :)
