No. Floor settings just determine which items will be collected into
the "Not Listed" category. An empty report means that there was no
data when it came time to produce the report. This can happen for
several reasons:

1] There is no such data in your log file

2] Your LOGFORMAT command does not include any specifyier telling
Analog how to find that data in your log file

3] You are using INCLUDE or EXCLUDE commands that have removed all
such lines from processing that include any data.
