Is there some way of formatting, on our website, location links to other websites so when click-accessed they show up as requests on our access_log and in our analog Request Report?

* Change the target URL so that the request is processed by your server, for example
http://www.example.com/redirect.cgi?url=http://www.example.org/

Klaus,
Thanks for your suggestion
On 29 May changed link per your (first) suggestion above and put on the website; dialed up the website, clicked the link, and got the linked website and file ok as before; repeated dial up and link click and got the website and file again ok; noted time.
On 30 May checked my analog Request Report for 29 May, but couldn't find the requested link (what would I look for?).
Also checked analog Referer Report and Failed Referer report and found nothing re link.
Then checked the access_log for the time noted, but link request not entered.
Have I missed something?
My website is
www.mgardens.org
The link is to
http://annball.com/mary_gardens.shtml
My link entry is
Click <a HREF =" www.mgardens.org/redirect.cgi?url=http://annball.com/mary_gardens.shtml">here</a> to go to "Mary Gardens" by Ann Ball
Any further assistance will be much appreciated
Many thanks,
