1. How can I make lists in the reports adhere to some kind of ranking order where several pages/queries/referrers etc. have the same number of requests? Currently items that have e.g. 1 request can appear in completely different (and arbitrary) order when running analog several times. Is there a way I could list them alphabetically or according to the time of the request?Do you mean the *SORTBY commands? http://www.analog.cx/docs/othreps.html#SORTBY
These allow you to sort reports alphabetically, or by date, requests, pages, etc.
2. Is there a way I can make analog replace characters like á, é, ű, ó with normal ones?Unless they are double-ecoded in the logs, these should (IIRC) be rendered into HTML entities by your browser.
And a suggestion: it would be extremely useful from an analysis point of view to be able to create time reports for the referrer data presented.Analog does not currently do this due to memory and processing constraints. See http://analog.cx/docs/faq.html#faq128
I can see the popularity of any SPECIFIC page of my site from the Request Report, and I can also see the TOTAL number of pages requested in a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report.
On the other hand, I can see the number of referrals any SPECIFIC referrer makes, but I cannot check the TOTAL number of referrals in a day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month fashion. Would it be possible to include a report like that?
