This has cracked it. It seems to be the combination of the explicit file include and the wildcards present in the reqinclude that have solved it. For the record , in case this helps others in the group, these are the relevant lines in the config file that have fixed it: FILEINCLUDE /searchResults.asp?delivery=ONLINECOURSE REQINCLUDE /searchresults.asp?*delivery=* REQINCLUDE /searchresults.asp* I suspect we may not need both reqincludes...? But I am now scared to touch anything, as I am so pleased to have the result I needed! Feel free to let me know if we can pull out one or both of the reqincludes.
