Perhaps OSFLOOR or SUBOSFLOOR is set too low?

Greetings, fellow Analog users
I'm new to the list, having discovered Analog at the weekend and spend
practically all of it configuring charts and creating batch-processes to
automate it. Gotta say, Analog & Report Magic are brilliant pieces of work,
and I'm really impressed with the community of 'muck-in-and-help' people
that seem to be doing stuff for this program. Well done, and thanks.
But I have a little question - which I have tried really hard to locate in
the FAQ, but cannot.
My OS report (which I am seeing in Report Magic, not Analog itself) seems
only to contain 'Known Robots' and I cannot understand why. Sure, I am
using the Robots file listed in the Helper Applications section, but I have
been thru it with a fine-tooth comb and removed ROBOTINCLUDE entries for
Mozilla * and Mozilla/* - yet still, I don't see any other OS than 'Known
Robots'.
Curiously, I DO see various different browsers listed on the Browser report
page - Mozilla, Java, and a crawler from IBM that wasn't in my robots
config file. And I've been thru the logs, too - I am 100% certain that
there ARE User-Agent strings in there from 'people' rather than 'robots',
and that these should be being detected as 'WINDOWS' for the OS report.
What gives? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
