/arena is a file in the root directory. /arena/ is the same as
/arena/index.html and is in the /arena/ directory.

However, if someone actually asks for /arena in their browser, they will get
a 301 Redirect code for it, which won't be counted in the Directory Report,
and they will then make a second request for /arena/ which will get a 200
OK, and that one will be counted.
