Look in the "lang" directory for your language file.
I use "usa.lng" but you might be using something else.
Search for "Internal Search Query Report" in the file,
then replace it with your desired text.  Note that this
language file might not work with any other version of
Analog.  So, if you upgrade, you might need to repeat
this process.
