I'm not sure exactly what you're claiming is wrong with the counts. But the number of lines reported by analog in the General Summary is the same as the number of lines in the logfiles. Have a look in the General Summary and see what category the lines are in. You also have to understand that if you use the second argument to the LOGFILE command, the virtual host is not a "virtual host" in analog's sense.
