I noticed it in the directory report (I can't tell for the other reports since my logfiles don't contain virtual host data). At the moment, the report shows 225 pages, for example, for my dir /praesentieren/. That is actually *down* from 227 ealier although I deliberately surfed to the site in order to increment the hits. The CMS has its own little protocol feature and that shows that there are hits for this particular directory.
Hits from my other site do turn up in the directory report.
