Mike, that looks like the exact same format of my log file - typical Windows IIS - and I didn't have to put in a LOGFORMAT command at all. Try taking it out completely, and see if that helps. I could be wrong, since I'm a relatively new user myself, but Analog seems pretty intuitive, and worked "right out of the box" for me.
