Use the Internal Search Report (which is secretly named URL Parameter
Report).

Thanks so much.  The Internal Search Report works to a degree, but it doesn't provide percentages as the Requests report does.  Is there any way to make this work within the Requests report?  Possibly some combination of FILEALIAS or INCLUDE/EXCLUDE to accomplish this?  Thanks for any help.
