Found the problem. I have a script that runs daily and weekly reports. This runs every morning. The page it spits out is an HTML page with links to each daily and weekly reports. The charts are being overwritten because they are being stored in the same place... So I would need to enhance the script so that the images to each report are stored in a different folder every time. I don't it's worth it.
