Your sample didn't come from analog.

You didn't say which output style you're using, but I assume it's the new
XHTML one. In which case, the alignment is now done by means of style
sheets, instead of <pre>. This works properly -- see the sample at
  http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sret1/stats/
But if you have overridden analog's built-in style sheet, you may have
messed it up.
