Jeremy,
Thanks for replying to my post. I've added the quotes with no change in results. I used the same anlgform.cfg file with a similar link on my Win2k server without quotes and it worked fine. I've confirmed that analog.exe is working correctly and it's generating reports using my log files without issue. Also, I've confirmed the path and it's correct. I've even moved the Analog 6.0 folder to another location on the server and tried it there with the same error. Next, I've set access rights to be full control on the analog.exe and anlgform.exe. I realize this is not the optimal config security wise but I'm desperate to get this going and have tried everything to try to figure out the issue. I've confirmed that the rights on the cgi-bin folder allow execution and read/write priveliges by the iusr account. I've also set the anlgform.cfg file to reference the same analog.cfg file that worked when I ran analog.exe from the cmd line. Again, no luck.

I know it's some stupid windows setting and really appreciate your help.
