Hello,
I've just installed analog. Works like a charm, except that I get
this warning:
analog: Warning L: Large number of corrupt lines in logfile
Running with "DEBUG C", I think I can see where the problem lies:
C: ... "\"Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113\""
C: ... *
So it looks to me as though analog is confused by the escaped quotes
embedded in that string. I'm using apache 2.0.52, with the standard
"combined" logfile format.
(from httpd.conf):
LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\""
combined
CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access_log combined env=!VLOG
Analog seems to detect the logformat correctly, although I have tried
explicitly copying the apache format to an APACHELOGFORMAT directive
in analog.cfg. Same result.
Any idea how I can fix this? Apologies if this is a FAQ. Couldn't
find it mentioned anywhere.
Cheers,
--
Phil.
