It's one of the entries in the language file. The reason you're getting it is that Romanian hasn't yet been translated for the current version of analog. If you look inside ro.lng this will be obvious -- there are lots of English terms with + marks round them. Of course, I would be very happy if you wanted to make a translation and then contribute it to be included in future versions of analog.
