What you describe is sometimes placed in the referring page report. If a particular page gave a lot of referrals, and there are a number of variations to the URL parameters (the stuff with "?" and "&" ahead of it), then sometimes the URLs of the pages with parameters are shown as well.

Analog isn't particularly talking about search engines here, it just knows that some of the referring pages had parameters. There are other reasons the pages might have them, for example to identify threads in a web forum.

I only see these reported when they have sent a lot of referrals. Maybe you can make them always show up by setting one of the FLOOR options.

I once saw an Analog Search Engine Report showing a long list of URL links which included (the search engine URL along with the exact search phase or word used in the search). This was all listed as links so it was easy to click the link and duplicate the search a person used and see exactly what results they got.
