REFEXCLUDE http://example.com/*
Where example.com is your site. The only lines left in the report will be those with external referrers or no referrers. This doesn't mean they are all "entry points" but it could be pretty close. Especially if you exclude all the spider traffic (spiders generally don't report referrers).
