I recall that when I used Analog several years ago, the pie charts had legends. The main Analog page's sample report has pie charts with legends. My pie charts, however, are legend-free.
It depends which character set the output is in. If it's in ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-2 or US-ASCII, the legend appears on the graphic itself. Otherwise it appears under the chart. It always appears in one of these two places.
