1. I'm using

SUBDOMAIN *.aero.*
SUBDOMAIN *.arpa.*
SUBDOMAIN *.biz.*
SUBDOMAIN *.com.*
SUBDOMAIN *.coop.*
SUBDOMAIN *.edu.*
SUBDOMAIN *.gov.*
SUBDOMAIN *.info.*
SUBDOMAIN *.int.*
SUBDOMAIN *.mil.*
SUBDOMAIN *.museum.*
SUBDOMAIN *.name.*
SUBDOMAIN *.net.*
SUBDOMAIN *.org.*
SUBDOMAIN *.pro.*
SUBDOMAIN *.*

in my config file. Is this the best way to get one level above the domain?
In the report, I would like to sort by U.S. first (i.e., *.*) and then
international. Is there a way to do that? Also, when displaying the
results, I get

.com
   something.com
   something_else.com

.uk
   .com.uk
      .something.com.uk
      .something_else.com.uk
   .net.uk
      .something.net.uk
      .something_else.net.uk

Is there a way to only display the 3rd levels for international domains? If
domain name not found, is there a way to specify 3 levels for IP address,
but keep the 2-level domain for names (i.e., something.com or 123.456.789)?

2. Is there a way to clump the organizations and host names the same way?

3. Is there a way to filter on multiple criteria (i.e., I would like top 20%
requests and top 20% bytes)?

4. Is there an online page for submitted stylesheets (XSL and CSS)?

5. Is Report Magic still active?

Thanks,
Bassam
