Thanks, but I'm pretty sure that that is not the
issue.  The CPU continues to run at very little CPU
utilization.  Analog seems to be rate limited to 5% of
the CPU until it reaches the end.  The system is also
set up as a web server, so background processes get
priority.

Do other people running IIS see this problem?
(Processing large log files.)
