Please, Please help me. Every time I type in my Grisoft virus website, I get a message back that says that "my language file failed". I don't know what this means nor do I know how to fix it. This is preventing me from updating my website. I have asked a ton of people and have not received a legimate answer or no answer. I really would appreciate an answer that makes sense. I have a dial kup service and windows XP. Thank you, Denis Snider

Are you running analog yourself? If your service provider is running it for you, you need to talk to them about it -- they've set it up wrongly.
