Web Host Manager (WHM) and its companion cPanel is an application suite for managing virtual web hosting. We use it on our own server for clients. Analog is provided as one of the web traffic analysis tools.
Robin, your question isn't about Analog per se, but about how to use WHM. You should really be looking at http://www.cpanel.net or asking your question at http://forums.cpanel.net.
