indentation mangled - I presume the 2nd line is 2 requests, 0 pages.
Is there a floor preventing browsers with no pages from being listed ?
Try turning on the general summary, to see whether 4 lines show up 
there, and whether the 4th line is unused (excluded for some reason) or 
corrupt. The request report might tell you which Netscape line is 
getting ignored, too.
Show us the rest of those 4 log lines - whether it's a page request or 
not has some bearing.
