If you have a Virtual Host field in each line of your logfile, you don't need to specify %v in the LOGFILE line. If you still want to use the %v parameter with the LOGFILE command, and the Directory report doesn't work as you expect, put together 4 sample logfile lines that demonstrate the problem, and post them to the list.
