If you have PAGEINCLUDES that satisfactorily define your pages, try using
the same definitions with the REQLINKINCLUDE command as well.

Referrers are pretty much always going to be "pages" of some sort - it would
be unlikely that an image would be a referrer, for example. So it would make
sense for Analog to treat any referrer as linkable.
