Umm... this is RUDE, dude. Never, EVER, send HTML mail to anyone who
did not expressly request it. This includes mail sent to mailing
lists, because you do not have prior agreement with every other
subscriber. It is rude and inconsiderate. If you are not a rude and
inconsiderate person, then you should take care to ensure that your
"electronic representative" reflects that.

MSGTAG - MessageTag
A small number of email users have text-only email clients, which do
not trigger tagged messages due to the fact that MSGTAG relies on an
embedded image in the tagged message. Some email security products
designed to filter out spam and viruses also inadvertantly block the
tags produced by MSGTAG.
Don't worry, this will not stop the recipient from receiving your email!
They lie. Or they're clueless. Or both. They certainly can't spell.
Fact is, some spam filters -- like mine -- are configured to trash or
delete HTML mail, which WILL stop the recipient from receiving it.
The only way to ensure the recipient will receive your mail is to
send plain text -- which means you cannot use MSGTAG if you want
people to read your mail.
If you reply to me using MSGTAG, the email will automatically be
trashed by my spam filter. The only reason your list mail came
through is because I have analog-help whitelisted.
MSGTAG is evil. Throw it away. Or at least find some way to configure
it to send plain text mail by default (assuming you have the "Status"
edition).
