The Host Report is based on the successful requests. The Host Failure Report
is based on failed requests. While it could be argued that the Summary entry
should report all hosts, it would actually require a 3rd table, as you can't
just combine the total from the first two, as some hosts would occur in both
tables.

The documentation should probably say "the number of different computers
sucessful requests have come from".

"Distinct files requested" also refers only to successful requests.
