If your Request report was really empty, then Analog shouldn't even produce
a request report. But if the number of requests was less than the FLOOR (20
requests) then you should get an "empty" report that just says "not listed:
x files". But if you're getting a completely blank request report, you
should look a the HTML source code to see what exactly is in there.

Hello Aengus,

I'll thank you properly for your response this time which I should have done a month ago.

The number of requests is well over 20 and there is nothing in the HTML that isn't showing on the stats.

The guy who set all this up originally visited yesterday and he said he has no explanation. I'm doing everything as I have for the past two years and it seems that either something on the server has changed or analog 5.1 has thrown a hissy fit... and I so need help desperately.

I admit to not knowing analog too well but I do have regular access to the gentleman who created this system so I can forward on and discuss with him yours and others responses.

Have you or others any experience of analog 5.1 (or any other version) inexplicably changing and if so would installing a later version of analog be a wise move?

If so, and this is where my ignorance becomes apparent... If we installed a later version would the two config files I run monthly need amending?

My client is overdue to go ballistic and I so need advice...
