I have a wide variety of subdomains (eg. acme.mycompany.com, ace.mycompany.com etc.) which ultimately point to the same website, which then looks at host headers to figure out what to present to the user. So in a vanilla installation of Analog, I see reports which tell me how many requests were received for /page.html, but not how many of those requests were generated via users hitting the acme version of the website vs. the ace version of the website.
Below are a couple of real-world entries from our logfiles (W3C extended format). You can see that we're recording the full domain name from the request (near the end of each entry), but I haven't found a way to get Analog to parse this information. The problem in this particular example is that I would like to know how many requests have been made for the page http://krispykreme.qm4.net/members/UpdateProfile.aspx?Action=Subscribe vs the page http://libertytravel.qm4.net/members/UpdateProfile.aspx?Action=Subscribe. In all configuration setups I have tried, these both get counted as two requests for the same page, namely: /members/UpdateProfile.aspx?Action=Subscribe Any ideas?
