anlgform allows your web server to accept parameters submitted in a HTML
form, run Analog with those parameters, and return the results to the
browser.

The fact that you're seeing a "DOS Window" suggests that you're not
accessing anlgform through a web server - what URL did you specify as the
ACTION parameter in your form? (If you're accessing the form as
"file;///C:/analog/anlgform.html" then you'll need to specify "FORM
ACTION=http://something.....";)

Having said all that, a number of people have reported problems running
anlgform.exe with IIS6, and I don't recall anyone conforming that they have
it working properly. Apparently some of the changes in IIS6 are interfering
with the way anlgform.exe works.
