Is there a way to do this using the anlgform.html form, to have the form
send the name of the config file to be used (-G +gsomefile.cfg)?

Use the -G to tell analog not to read the default configuration file. 
Use +g to have it read a different file:

    analog -G +gVirtualHost1.cfg
