If the following line doesn't work HOSTEXCLUDE nn.nn.nn.nn (numerical IP address),
and you are using analogs' dns function, look up the hostname in the dnscache file and try adding the line HOSTEXCLUDE hostname I had to do this to exclude requests from my own pc on an asp site I use. I believe that you may need to do this because analog will look for a resolved hostname in its dns cache before it does any exclusions. Hope this helps Stuart -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of ken doo Sent: 10 September 2005 00:29 To: [email protected] Subject: [analog-help] filter hacked IP out Hi, In the past days, one day had far more requests than the others: approximately 40% The logfiles show that all requests are the same, and requested from just one IP address. How can I filter these out? HOSTEXCLUDE doesn't seem to work ... cheers -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
