If you are using regular expressions you need to excape operators like
'?'. Try this:
FILEALIAS REGEXPI: /site/restaurant.asp\?restaurant=232
"/site/information.asp?id=232"

I have added the line to my cfg file
FILEALIAS REGEXPI: /site/restaurant.asp?restaurant=232
"/site/information.asp?id=232"
now all entries in the log file have the url changed to
/site/restaurant.asp?restaurant=232
so the request report in my log file now reads
reqs %bytes last time file
11101835 100% 30/Sep/05 23:59 /site/restaurant.asp
11101835 100% 30/Sep/05 23:59 /site/restaurant.asp?restaurant=232
Please can someone inform me what i am doing wrong?
