??? BROWSERSUM creates a summary of the major browser types represented in
the full Browser Report - (you might have 20 slight different versions of
Internet EXplorer 6 in the Full Browser Report, and they would all be
counted as just IE6 in the Browser Summary).

Users are assumed to be unique, so there isn't any obvious way in which they
could be "summarised" in the way that Browsers are.

If you want a line for users like the "Distinct hosts served: X" line in the
General Summary at the top of the report, then I'm afraid that you're out of
luck. The only way to actually get a count of the number of unique users
showing up is to set an impossibly high floor, and get the " [not listed: Y
users] " summary line in the User Report.
