Reading the docs, I don't see how you can use positional arguments:

The command INTSEARCHENGINE is the same for search engines, or other
scripts which take arguments, within your site. For example, you might
have requests for files like 

/cgi-bin/search?trm=chocolate+cake

in which case you would specify 
INTSEARCHENGINE /cgi-bin/search trm


In my case the first argument is not named, and that's the one I want.

You have to tell it using the INTSEARCHENGINE command.
