You don't have a LOGFORMAT problem - if you did, you'd be getting the
"corrupt logfile lines" warning, rather than the "unwanted logfile entries"
warning.

Unwanted logfile entries are entries that you have EXCLUDED - either by
using a FILEINCLUDE/EXCLUDE command, or a FROM-TO command, or some similiar
filter.

(IIS supports the "self-documenting" W3SVC format, so you often don't
require a LOGFORMAT command - and it's likely that the format has changed,
so Analog recognised the format of the new logfile just fine until you put
the old LOGFORMAT command in).
