What does your General Summary, at the top of the report, say about the
overall number of requests, ignored lines and corrupt lines for the log that
you analysed?

If you want to list the 2 unlisted files, you need to set the Request Floor
to 1 Request:
REQFLOOR 1r

(The Default floor is listed at the top of each report - for the Request
Report it is 20 Requests - "Listing files with at least 20 requests, sorted
by the number of requests.")
